One connected workflow

One client. A whole lot less starting over.

The services, locations and brand voice you capture become the foundation for the work that follows.

  1. Know the business

    Services, locations, voice

  2. Build its website

    Pages, FAQs, managed hosting

  3. Expand the answers

    Supporting articles, linked back

  4. Keep it visible

    Social drafts, schedules, tracking

Your business context travels with the work. You choose what to create and publish.

Your client list can grow.
Your workload shouldn’t have to follow.

The next client usually means another website to manage, another content calendar, another set of reports. Elara takes the repeated work out of that equation.

Take on more before you hire.

Let AI prepare the research, pages and posts. Keep your time for strategy, client relationships and the decisions that need you.

Stop paying to do the same work twice.

Bring website hosting, search research, local tracking and social publishing together. Cut overlapping subscriptions and the work of moving between them.

Make every retainer go further.

Turn the client knowledge you already have into useful website content and an ongoing social presence. Deliver more from the same starting point.

This is where your time comes back.

Follow the connections. Each step gives the next one something to work with.

  1. Prospect audit
  2. Client context
  3. Ongoing delivery

Win the client. Keep the research.

An audit brings together the prospect’s business profile, keywords, competitors and website findings. When they become a client, carry their business details and research context into Elara instead of starting onboarding from a blank form.

Less re-entering. A better starting point for delivery.

Inside Elara: local keyword tracking continues the visibility work after onboarding.

  1. Website FAQ
  2. Supporting article
  3. Social campaign

One good answer. Your next article and social posts.

Choose a question from the client’s website. Develop it into a supporting article, publish it with a link from the original FAQ, then create posts adapted for each connected social platform. The source, copy and schedule stay together.

Less briefing, rewriting and copying between tools.

Inside Elara: a supporting article stays connected to the question it answers.

  1. Website form
  2. Saved enquiry
  3. Client’s CRM

Get the lead to the people who can act on it.

A visitor fills in a client’s website form. Elara saves the enquiry and sends it to their connected CRM, with delivery history available in the same workspace. Your client can follow up without waiting for you to forward an email.

Less forwarding. A clear handoff from marketing to the client.

A bigger agency starts with a few good questions.

Ask us something else
How does Elara help me take on more clients?

It reduces the repeat work around delivery. Prospect research carries into client setup. Business context guides content. Website FAQs become articles and social drafts. Hosting, scheduling and enquiry delivery stay in the same system. That gives a small team more room to serve clients without every new account adding the same manual workload.

What software can Elara replace?

Elara brings website building and managed hosting, local grid tracking, keyword and competitor research, content creation, and social management into one platform. If you use BrightLocal or Local Dominator for local tracking, or Ahrefs for everyday SEO research, those are workflows to compare. It is not a feature-for-feature replacement for every specialist tool. Your clients keep their connected social, Google and CRM accounts.

Do I need to arrange separate website hosting?

New websites published through Elara use Elara-managed hosting. You do not need to provision a separate hosting account for those sites. Connect the client’s domain as part of launch; domain registration and external business tools remain separate.

Can I bring existing client websites?

Yes. Elara includes migration workflows for existing websites, including WordPress and Webflow sources. Review the site, preview and any custom functionality before making the switch.

How much control do I have over the AI?

You review and refine website content before publishing. For social, choose drafts for approval or explicitly activate an automated publishing strategy with selected accounts, cadence and spending limits. Automated replies are a separate opt-in, and supported actions vary by network.

What does Elara cost?

Monthly USD pricing is based on active clients. The first four are $149 each, clients five to nine are $129 each, clients ten to twenty-four are $109 each, and clients twenty-five onward are $99 each. Earlier clients keep their tier rate. Backlink purchases are separate; some workflows use credits or require connected accounts. See Pricing for the calculator and details.

Give your agency room for more clients.

Give your next client a connected home for their website, SEO, content and social. Give yourself the capacity to take on the one after that.
